This is regardless of whether its trying to boot from the onboard, or PCI raid controller. I'm thinking they might be conflicting somehow, in this respect. I have also contacted Gigabyte about this issue, but have gotten no response yet. Does anyone have any suggestions for a workaround for this issue, so I can actually use my second RAID array?

I'm not entirely sure what triggered when it did or didn't appear, but I know the majority of the time it didn't appear. It now appears every time.

I checked, and the old bios Gigabyte GA-7VRXP(Rev 3.x) F12 actually F4, it was F6a. Oh, and it's BBS-0 that I was thinking Gigabyte GA-7VRXP(Rev 3.x) F12. I need to boot from the onboard Promise RAID controller, but it is not present in the boot order options.
